I renamed the server and virtualmin messed up the renaming. Its done in before too. It added an extra word in the directory somewhere so it won't create the SSL site. I have searched everywhere and can't find where the directory is stored that it's using to create this. I've changed a the PHP areas that were wrong but it still errors out.
SSL website failed! : Failed to open /home/namesitesite/ssl.cert.webmintmp.32187
As you can see it should just say, /home/namesite/ssl.cert but it added site twice so that directory does not exist. Where do I fix that? Been searching for an hour.
Has to be a bug on renaming. I looked at php.ini and httpd.conf and it's correct after fixing the bad entries, yet it still won't let me enable SSL. I ended up backing up my data and just recreating the server to get it to work. You shouldn't have to do that. That is ridiculous actually.
Hi,
I've renamed domains a number of times, but have never experienced this issue.
Can you provide some details about your environment and what you did exactly so someone can attempt to reproduce the error you faced.

Hello, I experienced the same issue after renaming the domain owner and directory. The old name was still being used when trying to enable ssl. I had to rename the directory back to the old name in order to have ssl enabled successfully.
did you figure this one out? have the same issue with a domain...
