I found the answer for this one, so I'll share it.
In /etc/webmin/servers
Edit the file and rename it. Go to the admin "List Managed Systems". Refresh and edit the VPS. Then set the owner again.
I could not find where the files of the logs are, so I could not restore the statistics of the system.
