I'm not able to install ubuntu in Cloudmin 12.
This shows the following error in executing the install.sh

How to get around this problem?
Howdy,
Do you mean to say that you're trying to install Cloudmin in Ubuntu 12.04, and you're receiving that error?
What is the output of these two commands:
cat /etc/issue
cat /etc/resolv.conf
Also, which version of Cloudmin are you attempting to install (ie, is it Pro or GPL -- and if GPL, is it for Xen or KVM)?
Thanks!
-Eric
Yes.
I'm trying to install a service Cloudmin Pro Ubuntu 12.04 on amazon EC2.
Thanks
Howdy,
Hmm, I'm unfortunately not sure what the problem is... would it be possible for me to log in and take a look, and try to finish the installation?
If that's okay, could you email root login details to eric@virtualmin.com?
Thanks!
-Eric
I sent an e-mail with the information to connect.
if you can solve the problem please let me spend a discritivo how to apply the solution so I can fix the problem on the production server...
Thanks
Thanks for the trouble
The problem was that the install.sh file that was downloaded from the website of the key cloudmin was blank.
just put the key and solved the problem
