I have tried several times over the last 15-20 min and I keep on getting Service Temporarily Unavailable

I am trying the sell the Dept head on the glories of Linux using Virtualmin to admin the machine. I know that the demo system will be unavailable for a few minutes every day as it is rebooted. He is a hard core Windows man and If he sees a 503 it is pretty much game over, further buttressing his stance on staying with Windows.
Please advise.
Howdy,
Well, the reason it has to be rebuilt so frequently is because folks mess it up... so relying on it as a demo in a case like what you're describing there might not be a great idea :-)
My recommendation would instead be to install something like Virtualbox onto your desktop, install your distro of choice within that, and then to install Virtualmin GPL on there.
That would be an environment you control, without having to worry that someone else might mess with the demo as you're trying to sell it.
That said, I'll give Jamie a yell to make sure it comes back online here soon, but I definitely wouldn't rely on something like the demo here for a presentation, when this is just at the mercy of the folks on the Internet :-)

In case you were looking for the pro demo. this one doesn't exist anymore unfortunately.
Okay, the demo should be online again. Something happened to the VM that was running in, and it required some tweaks to get it back up and running.
However, it looks like in the few hours that it's been online, someone has already gone and changed the language :-)
That'll reset shortly, but that's the sort of reason I'd recommend not using this demo as a way of selling Virtualmin to your boss... you'd have better luck with your own installation, even if that just happens to be in a Virtualbox guest.
Good luck!
