Hi! I would appreciate very much some help here :)
Getting error trying to install Cloudmin GPL on my machine. The installation goes smooth up to the point when the setup-xen-kernel.pl is invoked. The error states:
"Configuring GRUB to boot Xen-capable kernel .. GRUB not found on this system! .. failed"
Aparently it's trying to call the old GRUB version, but I have GRUB2. Are these two versions backward compatible in terms of utilization by the setup script or what can be done to get it to work?
Thanks!
My config: Ubuntu 10.04 (64-bit)
/Syrgak
Yes, that phase of the installer doesn't support the GRUB v2 config format. You would need to manually select the Xen kernel by editing the appropriate GRUB v2 config file, and then reboot.
