Timeout but i have changed php.ini

I keep getting timeout error's on one of my site's when running a long script. Ive changed the php.ini yet i still get them any idea's?

You should also check the timouts etc for the following settings:

Hmm am not great at this sort of thing only just managed to find the php.ini

my IPCCommTimeout is set as 9999 so can't be that

To limit the scope of the problem, you may want to try setting the PHP Execution mode to "CGI".

You can do that in Server Configuration -> Website Options.
