What can I do in this situation?
Hmm, it looks like you're seeing a network error of some kind.
My suggestion would be to try it again and see if that network error clears up. Sometimes issues like that can occur.
If that doesn't help, it may mean there's a problem with the DNS servers that are setup in /etc/resolv.conf. What settings do you see in that file?
