Hrm, I'm not sure I follow -- are you attempting to reinstall Virtualmin on your server, using the install.sh?

So something went awry when it tried to download the "webmin" package.
What I'd recommend is to try the download again, it's possible it got corrupted during the download.
If you try to install again, and you get the same error -- there may be a problem with the package hashes in the repository, I'd recommend reporting it as a bug using the Bugs and Issues link below.
