Configuration after install has failed

System: Centos 4.7 (fresh install, yum updates) Environment: OpenVZ (Centos 4.7) Webmin: from original source, version 1.441 Virtualmin: installed via webmin, version 3.63 GPL

Problem: Direct after instalation, after "re-check and refresh configuration" - message:

Checking Configuration The status of your system is being checked to ensure that all enabled features are available, that the mail server is properly configured, and that quotas are active .. BIND DNS server is installed, and the system is configured to use it. Mail server Sendmail is installed and configured. Apache is installed. Webalizer does not appear to be installed on your system, or has not yet been set up properly in Webmin's Webalizer Logfile Analysis module. If your system does not use Webalizer, it should be disabled in Virtualmin's module configuration page. .. your system is not ready for use by Virtualmin.

Webalizer IS installed and configured and works (in Webmin).

Thank you for help.

if you go to virtualmin tab - System Settings - Features and Plugins
and disable Webalizer just for try-out. Does it then validate?

if you are very sure that the paths in the modules configs are correct then I would send in a support ticket or use the bug tracker.

or if possible install through the install.sh on a fresh OS instead of how you have done it, if possible

Nope :(. Then it says "Failed to save enabled features : MySQL does not appear to be installed and running on your system, or has not yet been set up properly in Webmin's MySQL Database module. If your system does not use MySQL, it should be disabled in Virtualmin's module configuration page".

It's annoying because mysql IS installed, configured and running!
