go to the webmin/system/processes and print out the process/cpu
make sure you didn't throw some websites prone to PHP exploits on the server. THe only time I've seen the CPU maxed was before I clamped down a server and the hacks were in within30 minutes setting up IRC connections. Check your access logs.

I can not find this
Open the System Settings category on the left menu, then click on Module Config.
Change Preload Virtualmin libraries at startup? to No
Under system and Module config in the pull down
at the top of the frame it says webmin, click that to get the webmin menus
Please check the next post I did. I gave you some more details of the area I checked for those settings and they do not exist.
Okay, very plainly. If you are in the VM frame and find the system settings and module config then yoiu will also see at the very top the word "webmin" , click on that. Then the frame at the left will fill up with the webmin menu, and that is where you'll find the system settings.

immediately, at the top of the left frame is the word WEBMIN, click that. THen click system then click running processes, then at the top click CPU
that will list out all the running processes at that moment with CPU % usage.
As Dan mentioned, it's really hard to guess with so little information--ordinarily, Virtualmin isn't terribly CPU hungry. Memory usage can be an issue on low memory systems, which could cause swap grinding, which might look like heavy CPU usage. We have a guide for reducing memory usage, here:

There are a few things Virtualmin does that are CPU intensive, particularly on virtualized systems:
collectinfo.pl is pretty hungry, and runs every five minutes, I think, by default. You may want to reduce the frequency to every hour or so. The information on the System Information page will be less up to date, but if CPU usage is a problem, it's a good option.
Spam and AV are very resource intensive. But, if you just installed Virtualmin, it's not gonna be the source of trouble.
I dunno. I should just stop trying to guess, as we really need more information--use top or the Webmin System Processes module, as Dan suggested, to give us a clue about what is actually using a lot of CPU.
