Major problem after migration

Hello,

We have a severe problem: Our apache is not working !!!

Reason? dont know. i ve checked log files and nothing.

sudenlly the httpd.pid was dead and the service did not went on again.

We just have finish a migration. The old server we cannot take the license out of it, we also had to change the IP's to the new server. The new server received all the IP's from the old server, but the old server got new IP's,just in case. so now we have a warning of 3 servers using the same licence.

So, could the APACHE be stopped because of this ?
