Nothing is installing/working. Screen goes white.

I just bought VMUnlimited yesterday and installed it on a brand spanking new install of centos 5 using the wget method. However, I cant get it to work.

I created a test domain, but it conflicted with the host name of the server itself in awstats. It then refused to create it until I deleted multiple files from the systems awstats directory. After I did that, it set things up and I now have a "under construction" page, but none of the scripts will install, and when I log into the interface I get an empty screen for every option I choose in the main menu. Nothing is working, and I'm not sure why.

Repro steps: Login Select new virtal domain/whatever its called select install scripts select zen cart click on install options

The screen goes away, and nothing works after that.

[grumpy rant] I paid a lot of money for this and today was the only day I could work on it. I'm not really happy with this, and I expected something I paid a lot of money for to actually work. [/grumpy rant]

This does not work with ANY of the listed scripts. Why isn't anybody helping?

This message was posted less than an hour after the first. We're only two guys here. We do the best we can to keep up and keep everyones boxes running smoothly, but there's only so much we can do.

We always offer a money back guarantee--if we can't get things working for you, we'll happily refund your money--we have no desire to make money from folks who don't get great value from our software.

So, let's get on with the problem solving. This isn't a problem we've ever seen before. It could possibly be a memory issue on the system...How much RAM do you have?

There might also be clues in the Webmin log (/var/webmin/miniserv.error) or in the system messages /var/log/messages.

And, we're also happy to drop in on the box and troubleshoot it for you--just email over the server details to joe@virtualmin.com

I had thought that your company was larger then a two man shop; The site makes you look like a much larger company, so my expectations reflected that.

I'm sending you an email now.
