Read-Only Mailboxes

I've had a few customers ask about creating a read-only mailbox. For example, they want to create an "archive" account, copy all incoming messages to this account, and allow people to access it via webmail, but not make any changes to it. Is there already a way to do this using Virtualmin, or would it be possible to add?

One way I've thought of to do this is using a mailing list, but this seems like a lot of overhead for this request. Dovecot appears to support shared and read-only mailboxes, but I'm wondering if there would be any complications to setting this up, and if they could still be managed with Virtualmin, Webmin, Usermin, etc.
