may be because of
Restore failed : SQL desc `db` failed : Out of resources when opening file '/tmp/#sql_2b08_0.MYI' (Errcode: 24)

yes but you can check code for restore backup if it possible to restore when website was disabled
thanks for "Too many files open" , was resolved
"Too many files open" -it is second error when i am move site manual,
As I am remember first time there's no errors on restore but mysql DB become empty
