Howdy -- thanks for your renewal!
Unfortunately, to upgrade to a Virtualmin 50 from a Virtualmin 10, you would need to purchase the "Virtualmin 10 to 50 Upgrade" product. It's currently on sale for $50, and is available here:
https://www.virtualmin.com/catalog/virtualmin/upgrade/50
Since you've already purchased a Virtualmin 50 renewal, if you buy the Virtualmin 10 to 50 upgrade for $50 now, we'll apply the renewal to your account, and I'll give you an extra 6 months on the license extension (that is, I'll extend your license by a year and a half, rather than just a year).
Alternatively, if you prefer to just renew your Virtualmin 10, we can refund your purchase, and you can buy the $45 Virtualmin 10 renewal.

Okay, we'll refund you your current $65 order, and then you can purchase a Virtualmin 10 renewal for $45.
Jamie, can you issue a refund of $65 for Order #9654?
