I have been debugging a fault with my CentOS and Apache for a while now and after discussions on #centos on Freenode I have been advised that the version of Apache that I have installed (as installed via Virtualmin) is not up to date for what is available for CentOS 5.3.
Unfortunately not sure how to check the version available in CentOS Repo's proper to state it here.

Yes, we have our own Apache package in order to modify the suexec path .. and this may not be as up-to-date as the official CentOS package.
Is there some functionality you need missing from the 2.2.3-22.el5.1vm version though?

Other than bug fixes I am not sure.
I have spoken with the people in #centos in order to resolve my issue (I have a larger thread in the Help! Newbies section ono the forums) and the general consensus is, as I am using a version that is older than the one in base of #centos then it is not supported and should get you to upgrade your copy to the same version.
