I have a new Webmin/Virtualmin server running and I have an issue with reading/receiving email, sending mail to the server is not bouncing however it is not visible to read either using Webmin > Servers > Read user email (Read User Mail Mail server: Postfix) shows items (e.g. 906 bytes in 5) in the initial summary screen however when you then click through on a specific mail account which shows that there are items to read in the summary screen no email says...

I've created a script for installing virtualmin and wanted to automate the post-install removal of modules I don't use (rather than having to go into the UI and do it manually every time). I noticed that removal via the Webmin interface seems to just delete the module's folder. Can I just do the same thing via the command line? eg.

rm -rf /usr/libexec/webmin/adsl-client #Webmin ADSL client

rm -rf /usr/libexec/usermin/tunnel #Usermin HTTP Tunnel

How can the latest ClamAV from the Ubuntu 18.04.1 repos be too old for a FOUR YEAR OLD WebMin module?

hi, i try to extract .zip file contains (WordPress Backup) , but only wp-content and some files was extracted but the rest of the folders wont extracted ..

I am trying to get a second PHP version running under Virtualmin.

I do the following: - add-apt-repository -y ppa:ondrej/php - apt-get install -y php7.1 php7.1-cgi php7.1-bcmath php7.1-json php7.1-imap

And then I go to Virtualmin and choose Server Configuration->PHP versions and change the setting

However, when I then check the old PHP version is still running.

So I tried it in the console: - a2dismod php7.2 - a2enmod php7.1

The first command workd. However, second causes the error: ERROR: Module php7.1 does not exist!

I have several (VPS) servers running webmin version 1.900, virtualmin 6.06, Centos 7.6.1810. They are all identical as to software levels, but differ as to memory and CPU power.

Recently one of them has failed to connect to webmin on two occasions - some days apart with normal connections in between. By logging in via SSH and executing "systemctl restart webmin" I was ably to immediately log in correctly, given a few seconds of initialisation.

After restarting apache, when I click System Settings -> Re-Check Config. I see only the 2 other php versions (5.x) that are already installed.

7.2 seems to be installed normally cd /opt/rh/rh-php72 ls deregister deregister.d enable register register.content register.d root

Nothing visible happens when I click the "New message" button in Usermin. Not even a loading bar.

Nothing is shown in the JavaScript console when I click the button.

I have tried both with a domain user (me@mydomain.com) and also as the root user. I have tried both with Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.

I just updated via webmin and had failures in Dovecot. Webmin shows Dovecot as not running but it is in running processes. Email seems to work too.
