User unknown in virtual alias table

Hi,

Emails generating from the website are being bounced for only one domain with error below. Emails other than this domain are receiving emails.

Can anyone please help? Thanks

Hi,

Please double check that email for domain feature is enabled on Edit Virtual Server page.
