the newly released VirtualMin 6.15 has moved/created PHP Options under Server Configuration into its own page to be separate from Website Options (where it used to be), but that new page has retained the colored header bar in the upper section (from the original Website Options page) of
Website and PHP options
... and now, Website Options is by itself on another page ... ...
Please consider changing that header to be just PHP Options
FYI, the updated Website Options page does say just ... Website Options
