Can my clients can see backups, if backups is stored on another virutal server?

Can my clients can see backups, if backups are stored on another virtual server? Just, if give the client access to virtual min, can they see backups and restore if backups are on another Virtualmin server?

If you're client logins as virtual server owner using his/her login credentials, backups will be visible only to this user if master administrator on Administration Options > Edit Owner Limits allows this as a feature under Allowed capabilities and features accordion.
