PHP FPM Pool needs to contain max_requests to limit memory leakage

When creating pool.conf file for websites, it does not contain pm.max_requests. Also, there should be GUI option to set max_requests, max spare servers, start servers, min spare servers etc from virtualmin.

In Virtualmin 5.99 and above, you can configure the default FPM pool file directives at System Settings -> Server Templates -> Default Settings -> PHP Options.
