How do I upgrade user count?

I'm not sure I understand what you mean by user counts there though, can you describe what it is you're looking to change?

We have a 250 license.. which we want to upgrade to unlimited..

Ah, I understand!

What you would need to do is purchase the new license that you are interested in, then run this command to apply it:

virtualmin change-license --serial SERIAL_NUM --key LICENSE_KEY

Once you do that, let us know and we can cancel your old license.

Since I just bought a 250 License... Now I buy a Unlimited license?

Yup, we'll refund you for the unused portion of your 250.

It looks like you bought it a little under a month ago, where you spent $150 -- so as of today we'd refund about $140.
