I'd like to suggest a change for "Disable Virtual Server" which will disable everything everywhere, and propose a rename of todays "Disable Virtual Server" to "Lock Virtual Server" or something along those lines. Or maybe add a "Disable Entirely" checkbox giving users the option to actually disable everything.
I recently migrated a bunch of Virtual Servers and disabled these on source server after migration was completed. What happened was that even though it is disabled, mail mappings still exists so if you're trying to send mail from source server to any recipients on the migrated virtual server, it will deliver locally.

Yeah, this is a known problem - there's no easy way for Virtualmin to disable local email delivery without deleting Postfix mail alias configs entirely, which is hard to undo. I will take another look into a better way to handle this, but from past experience this is no easy answer :-(
