Disk quotas disables after virtualmin config.

I don't know if this is the way the system is supposed to work or not, but the quotas system disables itself after re-configuring the virtualmins module config and has to be turned back on manually. Seems to me there is either a good reason to do this, or it's an oversight to turn it back on when reconfiguring if it was on in the first place, or off if it wasn't being inforced before doing the virtualmin config.
