I am not able to send any support requests to Virtualmin as a result of the following error:
Sending support ticket to virtualmin.com .. .. failed with HTTP error : HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found
Any advice on what can be done to resolve this?

It's a problem on our end, not a problem with your system or the module. After the Drupal 7 upgrade, the method of creating tickets in the tracker got a lot more complicated, and I haven't yet had time to tackle making it work again. But, thank you for reminding me that it was still an issue...it's been on my todo list for months, but I kinda forgot about it and it got put on the backburner.
I'll see if I can fix it during the next couple of days, as support and sales will be slow and I probably will be able to find some spare time (and I'm not going home to visit family so I've got no big plans!).
