Usermin webmail does allow you to create additional folders that fetch email via POP or IMAP from a remote system - is that what you meant?

Howdy -- can you describe what would happen in that case?
Are you asking if Usermin can be configured to use POP to retrieve email from another account?
And just to verify, since this might be a little simpler -- would it work to forward email from those accounts to this one?

What you'd want to do is go into Webmin -> Webmin -> Usermin Configuration -> Available Modules, and there, verify that "Fetchmail Mail Retrieval" is enabled.
Once you do that, your Usermin users would have access to a new menu item which will allow them to setup email retrieval from another account.

You can also create a folder that is backed by POP3 or IMAP in Usermin, via the Manage Folders link on the left menu..
