Now installing phpMyAdmin version 2.11.5 ..
phpMyAdmin installation complete. It can be accessed at http://lbt.rassai.com/phpmyadmin/.

.. already done.
Then going to the url you get "The page you were looking for doesn't exist."
Have tried un-installing and re-installing and the same thing.
