Recreate:
When administering a user's email of a virtual site:
In the "Additional email addresses" field, paste in a few email address aliases with at least one duplicate.
ie:
g4techtv.com@test.com
gexa@test.com
godaddy@test.com
gexa@test.com
hhh@test.com
Click the "Save" button. It will complain about a duplicate key. When you go back to administer the user, you will see all aliases up to the duplicate. If you try to modify the aliases in any way, it will continue to complain about a duplicate key, even if you remove it, or all email addresses.
This makes it to where there is no way to fix the problem via the web interface.
Work around:
Manually edit the file: \etc\mail\virtusertable
