Secondary SSL site not accessable without "www." Prefix

Issue:
Secondary domain running SSL (on it's own ip also) is accessible at http://www.domain.com or https://www.domain.com, but not at http://domain.com or https://domain.com...it displays the no index default for the system

DNS Records:
Identical setup to first ssl-enabled site that I can see, except ip of course (auto-generated by virtualmin)

Apache Setup:
Going to raw ip address of ssl-enabled site in a browser works, http and https...everything looks ok to me.

Notes:
Non-SSL sites don't appear to have this issue
