Fresh Debian 4.0 - Virtualmin Installation Hangs?

Currently installed I have a fresh version of Debian 4.0 without any modifications other then a basic network setup. I cannot install Virualmin Professional because the installation hangs after these lines:

INFO - Removing Debian apache packages...
INFO - Installing dependencies using command: /usr/bin/apt-get --conf-file apt.conf.noninteractive -y --fource-yes install postfix postfix-tls postfix-pcre webmin usermin ruby libapache2-mod-ruby libxml-simple-perl libcrypt-ssleay-perl unzip zip
INFO - ...in process, please wait...
|/\|/\|...

After such time the counter continues to go around without any progress being made what-so-ever.

I stopped using Virtualmin for a some months and switched to CPanel until you sorted out the issues with Debian 4.0. I now feel that I have waited long enough, as your website specifically mentions that Debian 4.0 is supported.

Please promptly resolve this issue or otherwise complete the installation for me. I have emailed you the required access details. I can't afford to waste anymore time.
