e-mail notification has html entities in subject

When I get bandwidth limit notification e-mails in Thunderbird, the html entities for German umlauts are not converted properly. You won't notice this in a webmail browser, but this is definitely a bug.

Here's an example subject:
Bandbreitengrenze überschritten für mydomain.com

Would be nice if you could fix this in the next release.
