I recently installed phpBB version 3.0 RC8. (BTW, the final version has been released already on 12/13/2007.) After installation, I logged in with the administration username and password shown in Virtualmin Pro 3.50. When I try to access any of the control panels (User Control Panel, Moderator Control Panel, or Administration Control Panel), I get the following error:

Module not accessible
Is this a bug in the script installer, or is there something else that needs to be done post-installation?
Also, I noticed that the config.php is world-readable (644 permissions) and it has the domain administrator's password in plain text. At the very least, it seems this file should only be 640, but I would also like the option to specify a separate password per script. I will file a separate bug about this.
