Email Encoding issue, character ó is sent as ó

Auto-reply send incorrect characters when using special chars. Below message was set in Send Automatic Reply on Mail forwarding settings:

Original message: Su correo electrónico ha sido recibido.

Auto-reply message received: Su correo electrónico ha sido recibido.

How can this be fixed so message entered on auto-reply is delivered exactly to clients.
