Steps to reproduce:
1. Install fresh Debian 4.0
2. wget http://software.virtualmin.com/gpl/scripits/install.sh
3. run ./install.sh
During installation the following error occurs:
Err http://software.virtualmin.com virtualmin-etch/main webmin-virtual-server 3.47.gpl
403 Forbidden
After few minutes process finished with:
