PostgreSQL scheduled backup does not remember settings

Option "When to run commands"

When selecting "Before/after all databases" it does not remember that setting and defaults back to "Before/after each database" which is bad because it ultimately deletes all databases except the last one.

It is also missing the bzip2 feature that the MySQL backup has.
