Tie usermin and vmin user auto replies, forwards and passwords connect together

Is there a way that if the information for a user is changed in usermin it will also display in virtualmin forms for the admin interface? There seems to be a dis-joint in the two. So if a person puts on their vacation notice, it doesn't show in vituralmin and visa versa.

Also, if an admin has rights to manage passwords, that they can also view passwords in virtualmin if changed in usermin. Or perhaps, just adding an extra right to be able to view passwords if checked.

Manytimes, the users forget their passwords and it causes the passwords to contantly being re-set.
