SVN passwords not getting updated

The passwords in $DOM/etc/svn.basic.passwd are not getting updated if the user's password is changed from Usermin, or from Webmin's Users and Groups module. It is only updated if the password is changed from Virtualmin's Edit Mail and FTP Users module. It would be real nice to be able to let the SVN users update their passwords themselves, or to be able to use a pre-crypted password like in the Webmin module.
