Update the virtualmin GPL repo for ubuntu 8.04 LTS [#14130]

Hi,

Please update the virtualmin GPL repo for ubuntu 8.04 LTS. It's still on version 3.76, and some apache packages are listed here http://software.virtualmin.com/gpl/ubuntu/dists/virtualmin-hardy/main/bi... downloadable via http but not available via apt-get.
