Failed to send mail : Missing From address

In the 'Read User Mail' section of the domain owner's user menu. (/mailboxes/index.cgi), we are not able to send mail from any account. We get the following error.

Failed to send mail : Missing From address

But the from address is a pull-down menu with the correct address.
